You + The Law of Vibration

Think about a simple text message you send to someone you love.
On your screen, it feels warm and human—words filled with meaning, emotion, connection. Maybe it says, “I’m thinking of you today.” It takes you five seconds to type, and it might change someone’s entire day.
But underneath that simple act is something almost invisible: a massive stream of 1’s and 0’s.
Every letter you type is converted into binary code. The “I” becomes a pattern of bits. The spaces, the
punctuation, every character—translated into combinations of 1’s and 0’s. That binary data is then broken into packets, sent through routers, bounced across networks, possibly traveling hundreds or thousands of miles in seconds. It passes through servers, under oceans, across satellites, and finally arrives at another phone—where those same 1’s and 0’s are reassembled and turned back into words.

All of that… just to deliver one simple message. (and thanks to my husband and Chat GPT for helping me with that analogy ;)
On my life coaching journey I have been introduced to Universal Law - principles by which everyone and everything in the Universe are governed; like the law of gravity or the law of entropy.
THE LAW OF VIBRATION -
In the digital world, 1’s and 0’s are the most basic building blocks. On their own, they seem meaningless. But when they are consistently organized, repeated, and transmitted, they create something far greater—a message, a connection, even a life-changing moment.
The law of vibration works in a similar pattern.
Your thoughts, emotions, and intentions are like your internal “signals.”
One kind thought may feel small.
One moment of peace may seem insignificant.
One choice to shift from criticism to compassion might not look like much.
But those moments are not isolated—they are cumulative.
Each thought carries a kind of “frequency.” And just like binary code, it’s not about one single signal—it’s about what is being repeated, reinforced, and sent out over time.
So when you choose a gentle instead of a harsh response to your inner critic -
pause and breathe instead of reacting
notice something good instead of something lacking
You are, in a sense, “sending” a different pattern to your nervous system, which impacts your capacity for resilience!
At first, it may feel too small to matter—like a single 1 or 0.
But over time, those small inner choices begin to:
shape your emotional baseline
influence how you respond to life
affect the way others experience you
and ultimately create visible change in your life
Just like binary builds a message, your repeated inner state builds your lived experience.
And if you want to bring faith into it, there’s a deeper layer:
Alignment isn’t just about generating a “better feeling”—it’s about tuning your heart toward God.
Small moments of choosing truth, light, gratitude, or trust are like aligning your signal with a higher source.
Over time, that alignment becomes more natural. More steady. More powerful.
1’s and 0’s → create digital reality
Thoughts and feelings → create lived and spiritual reality
Both remind us of the same truth:
Small things, repeated consistently, are never actually small.
Not force. Not striving. Just a steady returning.
The Savior often worked in these small, intentional ways. He noticed individuals in crowds. He spoke peace into fear. He withdrew to pray. His life was a series of aligned moments—each one anchored in love, awareness, and connection to the Father.
And yours can be too.
You don’t need to overhaul your life overnight to create change. You only need to notice the next moment in front of you—and choose alignment there.
This is how vibration shifts. This is how hearts change. This is how you draw closer to God and to your truest self—one small moment at a time.
Take care,
Meredith
